Maintenance Helper

to support our operations in New Westminster, BC. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety-conscious individual who is eager to grow within an industrial work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Support:

Assist with daily equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.

Inventory Control:

Help manage materials, track stock levels, and maintain organized storage systems.

Operational Support:

Contribute to the implementation of new programs and procedures to improve plant efficiency.

Forklift Assistance:

Support material handling;

forklift experience is an asset

but not required. Training may be provided for the right candidate.
Qualifications:

Basic Technical Skills:

Comfortable using Excel and learning other tools for maintenance and inventory tracking.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in documentation, inventory counts, and routine checks.

Strong Work Ethic:

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player:

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Assets:

Experience operating a

forklift

(Valid forklift license is a plus, but not required) Previous experience in

maintenance

environments Familiarity with

inventory management systems

maintenance tracking software
