Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full time Maintenance Electrician.

JOB DUTIES

Service and perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on all production equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical problems to provide quick resolution and minimal downtime on equipment Assemble, rebuild, adjust production equipment Welding, machining and analytical problem solving Ensure safe and efficient working order of all equipment in the facility Perform other related duties as assigned or required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience as a Licensed Electrician Experience with PLC - Ladder Logic, VFD and Industrial automation to troubleshoot equipment issues Must have own tools to repair equipment Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a bakery Must have an in depth understanding of mechanics, welding and electrical Extensive knowledge of electronics and PLC technologies and troubleshooting skills Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and Lockout Procedures Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English Ability to manage time effectively with a high attention to detail and accuracy Refrigeration Class "B" or Industrial Electrical license would be considered an asset
