We are looking for a

Maintenance Coordinator

to coordinate maintenance and calibration activities in the plant, laboratory and warehouse (equipment and utilities). In addition to acting as a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) technical expert, he or she will be responsible for field activities and reliability.



The

Maintenance Coordinator

will have the following responsibilities:



Plan and monitor daily maintenance and calibration activities for the plant, laboratory (designated equipment) and warehouse (equipment and utilities). Coordinate execution with relevant departments and ensure activities are completed on time and successfully. Maintain electronic and paper documentation related to maintenance and calibration activities (work orders, certificates, reports, etc.) ensuring availability, compliance and archiving. Act as a CMMS expert: enter and maintain master data, ensure that configurations are adequate, train new employees and identify and participate in the implementation of new functions as required. Respect existing maintenance and calibration contracts. Coordinate services and technicians. Ensure that all materials required for a calibration or maintenance task are available in advance. Participate in the planning and coordination of shutdowns and subsequent restarts. Monitor and analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions (reliability) Monitor reliability and maintenance performance indicators Participate in continuous improvement reviews and make recommendations concerning maintenance, improvement and replacement of plant and equipment. Participate in order tracking and inventory management Follow existing procedures, participate in their drafting and updating. Participate in the preparation of change controls, CAPAs and investigations. Help prepare for internal and external audits. Encourage teamwork and communication. Respect and promote existing health and safety practices.

You have at least a DEC in electromechanics, mechanics or industrial maintenance. You have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a maintenance position in a GMP context. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. You have a good level of written and spoken French. You are very comfortable with CMMS systems.
