One full-time permanent Maintenance Building Operator, LVP, position available, starting on October 27, 2025, working 37.5 hours per week.
Candidate must be available to work as part of the on-call rotation. This includes being available afterhours, including weekends for maintenance related emergencies or concerns on a four-week rotation schedule.

Your Role:
Monitors daily operation of building systems and equipment.
Performs preventative maintenance within code limitations.
Prioritizes and completes corrective maintenance request.
Repairs and services building surfaces, furnishings including painting and other minor carpentry repairs.
Maintains air handling systems, HVAC, plumbing, some electrical, and door and window systems.
Assists with fire prevention and alarm systems
The above tasks are representative but not all inclusive.
Your Talents and Experience:
High school graduation with knowledge of hand and power equipment.
Certification required in one of the skilled trades, certified building operator, maintenance mechanic.
Ability to perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks using hand tools and power equipment.
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience of maintenance work in a commercial, industrial, educational or institutional setting would be preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, problem solve and work independently and as part of a multiservice delivery team.
Ability to relate well with people, particularly seniors.
Ability to communicate with people and be open to direction.
A passion for excellence in customer service.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
