Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:



Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours Perform on-call emergency maintenance Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards General common area and building maintenance Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards Assist with snow removal Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience and Educational Requirements:



2 years maintenance service experience required 3 years renovation experience an asset

Technical Requirements:



Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:



Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview) Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Excellent time-management skills Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness

Additional Requirements:



Valid driver's license Own reliable vehicle
