About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing Downhole Electric Submersible Pump assembly and maintenance activities, ensuring on-time equipment delivery, and supporting initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and asset availability.
Responsibilities

Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision.
Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance-related data.
Comply with TLM standards and respective division requirements.
Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in maintenance or a related field.
Familiarity with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work a shift from Mon to Fri, 2pm to 10:30pm.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Previous experience with Downhole Electric Submersible Pump assembly.
Knowledge of continuous improvement (CI) processes.
