Definition of Work: This position provides assistance to the Maintenance Supervisor with general repairs and other tasks as needed at Marble Mountain. Physical Demands: By applying for this job, you acknowledge that the regular requirements and demands of this job include (but are not limited to): \xc2\xb7 Regularly required to lift/move objects up to 50 lbs, push/pull a cart to transport objects to and from work areas, push a snowblower for snow clearing duties \xc2\xb7 Frequently required to bend/twist, stretch/reach and/or complete low-level postures (kneeling, crouching, stooping) \xc2\xb7 Frequently walking inside and outside buildings is required for completion of daily tasks \xc2\xb7 Work environments present potential for exposure to scented and chemical products and/or other allergens within publicly accessible areas Required Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Has basic skills and knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, drywall installation and the use of a snowblower \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, adjust and readily adapt to changing priorities which may include having to work evenings and weekends \xc2\xb7 Consistent demonstration of Marble Mountain\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Values: Trust, Safety, Teamwork, Respect and Accountability \xc2\xb7 A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position \xc2\xb7 A satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from RCMP or local police authority Marble Mountain Development Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
