  • Supporting the Maintenance Coordinator with completion of daily work orders.
  • Repair of equipment in facility and suites.
  • Painting and minor building touch ups.
  • Daily inspections: equipment, pool, and grounds.
  • Daily fire safety and building security checks.

What you will bring:
  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools.
  • Basic understanding of computers and systems: Yardi, Word, Tels.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs of supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to work in small areas and from high heights.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with operational features of fire alarm and security systems considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety standards considered an asset
