Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team from

FRIDAY-SUNDAY 11AM-4PM

. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our organization. This role would be perfect for a student looking for part time work, or a young working professional. You will play a key role in supporting our property management team and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy by efficiently completing tasks given in a timely manner. Support the team by providing assistance and maintaining customer satisfaction during the designated shift hours upon request by management team if required. Implement effective and professional phone etiquette while communicating the team members. Maintenance of household appliances will need to be done on occasion, fixing towel racks and other minor fixtures within the short-term rentals to ensure property is up to standard. (e.g. fixing loose fixtures, patching small holes, replacing air filters, tightening cabinets or handles). Conduct routine property checks to identify maintenance needs or inventory shortages. Occasionally assist with basic furniture assembly or moving light items during setup. Support team in

inventory tracking and restocking

essential items across properties.

Experience

Previous office experience with maintenance tasks preferred, with a focus on administrative support roles. Strong background in customer service with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients/other team members. Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Time management skills to effienctly and effectively finish and preform tasks quickly Physically able to lift small to medium-sized items Class 5 DL required / vehicle required *

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
