esponsibilities

Role Responsibilities Perform and coordinate maintenance repair and installation work with fellow mechanics Provide assistance to Sales department Comply with safety procedures as set out by company policy and Provincial Health and Safety Act Participate in weekly job box meetings Work in coordination with property managers, designated managers, general contractors, and owners to meet or exceed contractual obligations Participate in the training of field personnel as required. Assure the application of optimum workmanship and the development and maintaining of good working relationships between colleagues and customers Maintain current knowledge of all aspects of elevator technology Provide exceptional customer service and communication Take ownership of work-related issues Participate in the on-call rotation

Who we are looking for

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required coupled by a minimum of five years' experience in the elevator industry Must be in possession of a valid Mechanic's License Strong mechanical and electrical reasoning and comprehension skills Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills A desire to learn, maintain and expand knowledge of all aspects of elevator technology Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Requires ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications Requires demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees and customers, internal and external TAC 32 experience an asset
