Position: Mailroom Clerk
Location: Toronto (on-site 5 days a week)
Job Type: 4-month contract (high potential of extension)
Are you looking for a fulfilling job opportunity in the government sector? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our client\'s team in the Mailroom department. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, this position may be perfect for you.

Duties:
- Provide support to all Client Associates to facilitate client deliverables
- Provide backup and peak workload support
- Establish support coverage schedules with Operations Managers and Site Leads
- Support training of new employees, as required
- Support administrative tasks, as required
- Communicate all process opportunities identified during support period to Site Lead and Manager
- Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations
- Provide outstanding customer communications and client service
- Travel to supported accounts using reliable dependable transportation

Qualifications:

- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and/or any other data-entry or CRM tools
- Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment or single person environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
