As we continue to grow, we are commencing a search for a proactive and detail-oriented Machinery Reliability Specialist to join our dynamic team in the South Western Ontario region. The successful candidate will join our team of professionals and promote our mission: Delivering Reliability Through Excellence.
Responsibilities
Perform vibration data collection on rotating equipment (pumps, motors, fans, compressors) at various client sites. (Mileage reimbursement provided)
Perform collection for ultrasonic, thermography, oil analysis, alignment, ODS Modelling and balancing.
Interpret vibration spectra, waveforms, and trends to diagnose mechanical issues (imbalance, misalignment, bearing faults, etc.) and assess asset health.
Generate comprehensive, clear and actionable reports summarizing analysis results and suggested corrective actions to both clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of site visits, data collection activities, and analysis results
Support clients with troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while performing onsite work, ensuring safe data collection practices.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve data collection and reporting
Skills
Displays effective critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Is technically minded with a mechanical aptitude
Have the eagerness and capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies
Holds a Vibration Analyst Certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
An Industrial Maintenance Technician Diploma or related field experience is an asset.
1-2 years of experience in predictive maintenance or reliability.
Holding a valid driver's license is required.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Pay: $55,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
