, both new and used. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair
manual and CNC metalworking machines
,
woodworking machines
, and related equipment
Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
Install and commission
new and used machinery
at customer sites
Install and calibrate
Digital Readout (DRO) systems
(training available if needed)* Conduct routine maintenance and service work
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and machine status
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications
Previous experience in machinery repair and installation (metalworking/woodworking machines preferred)
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
Experience with
DRO installation
is an asset -- training will be provided* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
