Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our unique manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge are essential. The ideal candidate will support various production processes, and material handling. Prior experience with warehousing or a machine shop environment is highly valued. Multiple duties performed , so each shift varies with tasks. This position provides a comprehensive environment for growth and skill development within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with wrapping and strapping pallets , transfer product between buildings, loading and unloading trucks. The emptying of chip bins as required. Perform alternate duties when necessary . The possibility of operating basic CNC machine operations , to the right individual. Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications

Must have the ability to operate forklifts. Experience in a machine shop background, or general warehouse activities is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and safety compliance. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing while contributing to high-quality production processes within a professional setting.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
