Machine Operator / Production Worker
Location: Burlington
Shifts: Days and Afternoons
Wage: $20.00 up to $21.50
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments as needed
Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Complete production and quality documentation as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a machine operator or production worker is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
Willingness to work shifts, including overtime if required
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
