Dean Group's Manufacturing division is now searching for Machine Operators

Role: Machine Operators
Location: Waterloo, ON
Industry: Manufacturing - Stainless Steel Tubing

Contract length: Contract - Permanent
Wage: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour - depending on role
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am; straight nights

*Must be available for full-time*

• Once you've successfully pass the 3 months pre-probationary our client will offer a 9 month contract
• Health & dental benefits after 3 months
• Increases every 3 months
• Full-time employment after (9 month) contract is complete

Machine Operator job duties and responsibilities:

• Operate multiple machines
• Assist others with tooling changes
• Perform part inspection, ensuring all parts meet company standards
• Tag and label various parts
• Load, unload, sort, and stack parts as required
• Other duties as assigned

What you need to be a successful Machine Operator:

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Previous machine operation
• The ability to work both independently and within a team setting
• Time management skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
