What's In The Role
The Machine Operator ensures the safe and efficient operation of advanced machinery in our manufacturing facility. This role involves maintaining high standards of housekeeping, managing material removal, and preparing packaging for storage or disposal. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machines is required.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate advanced machinery, including programmable machines, flash cutters, weaving machines, and routers.
Input and adjust machine programs accurately to meet production specifications.
Verify product dimensions and quality; conduct ongoing inspections.
Manage tooling, follow complex packaging instructions, and handle excess material.
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, and report malfunctions.
Document production metrics, including time, scrap, and downtime.
Maintain a clean work area, use safety equipment, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Position Requirements
At least 12 months as a Machine Operator II or similar role.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Computer literacy, routine maintenance experience, teamwork, and flexibility.
Effective in English, both verbal and written.
Strong focus on quality and safety.
Working Conditions
Manual dexterity and lifting up to 30 lbs required.
Exposure to noise, dust, and odors; work in various environments.
Full-time with potential overtime.
