Job Description

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Machine Operator IV (Sealing Robot Operator - VFL) to join our growing team.



WAGE: $23.39/hr



DUTIES:
Offload of IG units using the vacuum lift crane as per sequence displayed on monitor Operate automatic sealing machine for Hot Melt Manually enter data to the Hot Melt applicator as required by production Change settings on the Hot Melt applicator throughout the shift as required to ensure proper hot melt application Operate vacuum lift crane Ensure IGU's at the end of the line meet all quality specifications Required to handle large, sealed units and single lites Maintain a steady flow on a production line in a fast-paced work environment Keep work area clean and organized Perform daily and weekly PM tasks Assist with Hot Melt drum change as required Wear all necessary safety equipment and follow safety rules Keep work area clean & organized Comply with JELD-WEN EH&S requirements and legal requirements including policies, standards, rules, and programs Any other duties as assigned by your Group Manager
