About the Role

We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our advanced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, technical role supporting our injection molding and automated production systems. No prior experience with molding or automated systems is required--we will provide full training for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Learn to set up and run injection molding machines and robotic automation Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment Complete pre-operation and sanitation duties at the beginning of each shift Perform in-process quality checks and maintain detailed production logs Stack and package products and inspect finished goods to meet quality standards Clean, sanitize, and maintain workstations and tools as required Collaborate with production team members and report issues to the supervisor Follow all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and sanitation protocols

What We're Looking For

If you have minimal experience, NEXE will provide full training, and starting pay will reflect your experience level 1-3 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (food or beverage a plus) Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Comfortable using Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Willing to work day/evening/weekend shifts as needed Fluent in spoken and written English
