We are an automotive Tier 2 stamping and welding manufacturing plant seeking machine operator candidates for either Day Shift (7am - 3:30pm) or Afternoon Shift (3pm - 11:30pm).

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications and schedules. Identify and resolve machine malfunctions by performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance on machines and report major issues to supervisors. Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Support plant continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure daily production meets IFOTIS requirements (In Full, On Time, In Spec). Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line.

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 8-10 hours per shift Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing required PPE

Other Requirements:

Understand and apply health and safety policies and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage: $18 to $20. Health insurance provided by the employer. Various work schedules to suit your lifestyle, including:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday; Saturdays as needed)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

Automotive Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
