Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting order fulfillment processes. This role requires familiarity with warehouse operations, equipment, and management systems to ensure smooth distribution and shipping activities. The Material Handler plays a vital part in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the overall logistics of our operations.

Duties

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments, preparing packages, and ensuring accurate order picking Support order fulfillment by selecting products accurately and efficiently for customer orders or internal use Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage Maintain organized storage areas to facilitate quick access and inventory accuracy Assist with packaging products for shipment according to company standards Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating movement of materials throughout the facility Perform basic math calculations related to inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required. Familiarity with forklift operation, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment is highly desirable Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking processes Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts and measurements Good organizational skills with attention to detail in managing stock levels and order accuracy Ability to lift heavy loads safely and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of warehouse distribution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
