What You'll Do:

Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a personalized jewellery shopping experience. Facilitate and guide customer's in selecting exquisite jewellery, and diamond's that match their style, occasion, and budget. Share expert knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery brands to educate and inspire customers. Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Build long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service and follow-ups. Maintain a visually stunning store by organizing displays and ensuring products are presented beautifully. Stay up to date on the latest trends in engagement rings, wedding bands and jewellery to provide insightful recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for luxury retail, fashion, or fine jewellery, with an interest in further education. Previous retail sales and customer service experience in jewellery required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections. A proactive and results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed sales goals. Proven ability of consistent sales start to finish. Attention to detail and ability to handle high-value transactions with care. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
