About the Role
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you'll be at the front line of our client acquisition team: generating leads, presenting luxury experiences, and closing sales with discerning clientele. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-value environment where presentation, relationship building, and results matter. After successful training, you may transition to a base contract plus commission.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and qualify leads looking for luxury experiences
Present and sell high-end lifestyle packages (chauffeur services, jets, yachts, exclusive events)
Nurture client relationships and follow-up to secure bookings
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure premium client service delivery
Track your performance and growth milestones in the Sales CRM

Compensation
This is a fixed based commission role during the training period. After successful performance and training completion, high performers may transition to a role with a base salary plus commissions. Earnings are directly tied to your performance -- unlimited versus cap.
