Job Title: Full-Time and Part Time Sales Associate

Location: Taylor's Jewellers - Alliston, Ontario

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

As we continue to grow, we're looking to add a passionate and reliable Sales Associate to our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate who is eager to start or continue their career in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Jewellery sales experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and knowledgeable approach

Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery for all occasions

Learn and share product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and styles

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure sales floor and display area

Support inventory, restocking, and daily store operations

Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within the role

What We're Looking For:

Previous jewellery sales or retail experience is an asset

A passion for jewellery and a desire to learn and grow in the industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable, trustworthy, and team-oriented

Ability to work a consistent schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
