Position:

B2B Sales (Commission-Based)

Commission:

10%

We're looking for a motivated salesperson to sell

full-house luxury millwork and cabinetry packages

to custom home builders and designers.

Average package value:

$200K-$300K

Target:

Only 1 package/month to hit yearly goals

Growth:

Thousands of custom builders in Ontario = endless opportunity

Experience



Previous experience in

custom cabinetry or millwork sales

required Strong understanding of

luxury home projects and client expectations


Qualifications



Proven

B2B sales experience

in cabinetry, millwork, or related luxury products Established

network of builders/designers/architects

preferred Ability to create and review

drawings/specs

(CAD) Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities



Find and secure new customers (builders, designers, architects, developers) Collect deposits and manage client relationships Prepare CAD drawings and obtain customer approval Guide the production team to ensure quality and client satisfaction Present products/samples, prepare quotes, and close contracts Attend site visits, coordinate installations, and provide after-sales support
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00-$300,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
