Luxury Bath & Kitchen Specialist



Do you have a passion for design and helping others create a beautiful space in their home? Our Luxury Bath and Kitchen Specialists are known for their outstanding customer service, vibrant and fun personalities, along with passion and dedication for each project they undertake.



Our showroom is looking for someone who is genuine, patient and creative. Someone who has exceptional verbal communication, organizational skills, as well as a passion for customer service and building strong relationships.


You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service as you assist our clients in the decision, purchase, and follow up of their bath, kitchen, lighting & hardware needs. You will be accountable for client quotations, product sourcing and after sales service. Relationship building is the key to your success as you will be required to work with the homebuyer, interior designer, homebuilder, contractor as well as the team around you. You will represent The Ensuite in a professional manner. Upholding our core values and ethics is of the highest importance to us.

Qualifications



University or College education Strong customer focus and relationship skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Strong written and oral communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent math skills Previous experience in sales / hospitality / interior design would be an asset Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick to learn additional software programs.
