Job Description
Lunch Coverage:
3 or 4 hours per day Between the hours of 11:00am-3:00pm Possibility of working additional hours
Responsibilities include:
Ensure positive interactions and behaviour guidance for children that encourages self-regulation and healthy self-esteem Ensure the safety of the children and their environment To work and speak effectively and professionally with parents, families, and team members Effective interpersonal skills under all types of conditions, exhibiting a supportive and positive approach Contribute to the ongoing operations of the centre ensuring centre policies and Ministry standards are followed and maintained
Please note $3 per hour included in the wage is provided by a Government Wage Enhancement Grant
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $20.60 per hour
Experience:
Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
First Aid- CPR-Level C (required) Vulnerable Sector Police Check (preferred)
Work Location: In person
