Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Laborer to join our team. This role will involve various tasks across our lumber yard. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling materials and operating equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials such as lumber and building supplies.

Assist with customer pickups and deliveries.

Assist in moving and staging materials for production.

Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided if necessary).

Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or lumber yard an asset.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Good communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Problem solving abilities.

Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
