Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team from Aug 17 2025 to Oct 17-2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs. Assist in sales of additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle performance. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow in the service department. Lift heavy equipment or parts as needed during maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Previous experience as a mechanic or in a similar role is desirable. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to automotive maintenance.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
