We're hiring an experienced LTL/TL Dispatcher to join our team. You'll be responsible for coordinating drivers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and ensuring shipments move on time. This includes communicating with drivers and customers, updating shipment statuses, and keeping operations running smoothly from start to finish. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage shipments and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Coordinate and assign daily routes for both LTL and TL operations. Schedule pickups and deliveries while maintaining real-time status updates. Serve as the primary contact for drivers and customers, providing timely and accurate shipment updates. Oversee dispatch systems and ensure accurate documentation of all driver movements. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Resolve service issues promptly and escalate as necessary to minimize disruptions. Proactively identify potential delays and implement solutions to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of routing, scheduling, and freight operations. Proven dispatching experience in LTL and TL transportation. Demonstrated success working in fast-paced logistics and transportation environments. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Hands-on proficiency with a dispatch software like Truckmate. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Reliable team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
