Job Title: LTL/TL Dispatcher (Full-Time)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: $60,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LTL/TL Dispatcher to join our team for the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate

will have strong industry knowledge, proven dispatching experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

transportation environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving

skills to effectively coordinate drivers, manage shipments, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor daily driver trips for LTL and TL operations Schedule pickups and deliveries; update status in real time Communicate with drivers and customers to provide shipment updates Manage dispatch systems and maintain accurate records of all movements Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations Resolve service issues promptly and escalate as required Support operational efficiency by proactively identifying and addressing potential delays
Qualifications

Strong dispatching experience in LTL/TL transportation (required) Preferably hands-on experience with Truckmate or similar dispatch software Excellent communication and multitasking skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Knowledge of routing, scheduling, and freight operations
