Shift:

Monday to Friday; 9:00am5:30pm



SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative provides support for customer service operations, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments, invoicing, and customer communication. This role includes providing coverage for vacation and sick days as needed.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and maintain Erb's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and billing software. Respond to customer inquiries, direct concerns to the appropriate department, and ensure timely follow-up. Process customer requests related to receiving, shipping, and billing. Verify the accuracy of charges, generate invoices, and manage billing cycles. Create and process shipment and receiving labels for warehouse or logistics staff. Investigate and resolve billing and inventory discrepancies, ensuring necessary adjustments are made. Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing concerns and coordinating resolutions efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointment times for customer pick-ups and deliveries. Scan and forward shipment or receipt documentation to customers as needed. Assist with transportation arrangements, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate appointment scheduling. Prepare required shipping and export documentation in compliance with regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of six months of experience in a customer service role preferred. Completion of secondary school or equivalent required. Strong data entry and accuracy skills, with proficiency in company operations and software. Ability to manage difficult customer interactions with professionalism. Strong problem-solving and investigative skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues proactively. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. Willingness to learn all aspects of the customer service department. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Position based on 40 hour work week. Overtime may be required.
