full-time LPN

position specializing in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy at True Balance. This position requires the schedule of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday in-house at one of our locations: Sherwood Park, St. Albert or Spruce Grove.

As a key part of our team, you will receive hands-on training and experience in BHRT, working alongside our experienced physicians and coaches, including Dr. Ron Brown - a board-certified specialist with the American Academy of Antiaging Medicine. Our well-established program boasts over 50 years of combined experience, caring for thousands of patients each year at our three locations. Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Current

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

credentials Familiarity with electronic medical records (an asset) A genuine interest in alternative health & wellness Outstanding customer service skills Reliability and accountability for scheduled shifts Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to our three clinics (Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and St. Albert) as needed Comfortable working under pressure and handling challenging situations in a professional manner

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complete and maintain patient medical charts Collaborate with physicians and patients to create personalized Treatment Plans Provide patient consultations, including product education (e.g., vitamins, private testing, skin care) Address patient questions and concerns via email and phone Support administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, booking appointments, and checking out patients Assist physicians with any additional requests as needed
