Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/ server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and serving. we are offering 1-2 bar shifts per week and 1-2 lounge serving shift per week.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
