We are seeking an experienced and driven individual for a FINE DINING and Lounge server position. The successful candidates will be able to work lunches and some evenings, passionate about providing a fanatical guest experience, with excellent wine service skills and an equally high degree of attention to detail. Create a fanatical guest experience through interaction and adherence to the LUX Steakhouse + BAR94 steps of service
Exemplary knowledgeable of all food and beverage.
Confidently make food and wine pairing recommendations to our valued guests.
Communicate beverage descriptions, specials and information to guests and team members.
Be well versed in selling high end wine, varietals, how to properly open wine, steps to wine service and ability to comprehend a 116-bottle wine list.
Ensure accuracy when entering information into the Micros POS system.
Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.
Follow all food safety standards and systems.
Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies.
Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
Must be able to work lunches
At least 3 years of FINE DINING/LOUNG serving experience in a similar environment. Fast paced, high volume environment is required. Will consider 4 years of Upscale Dining.
ProServe Certification a requirement
WSET or I.S.G certification is an asset
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure during high volume and fast-paced lunches and evening
Organizational skills and sales ability to maintain a large section quickly and efficiently
Ability to multi-task which might include aiding bartenders
Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial
High level of product knowledge
Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$19.48 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
