Monday to Friday during the day, with occasional evening or Saturday shifts as needed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport vehicles between service, detailing, and storage areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back lot for vehicle staging and movement
Wash and detail vehicles; remove snow, ice, and debris from vehicles and lot areas
Salt, sand, shovel, and sweep walkways, entrances, and service lanes to ensure safe access
Start, refuel, and boost vehicle batteries as required
Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle flow and readiness
Perform vehicle inspections for cleanliness and damage before delivery to customers
Clean and disinfect vehicles and designated facility areas
Support inventory management by tagging and tracking vehicle locations
May assist with parts deliveries, customer shuttle service, or dealership errands
Maintain professional and respectful interactions with staff and guests
Carry out other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Manitoba driver's license (Intermediate or Full) with a clean driving record - MPI abstract required
Physically capable of standing, walking, crouching, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift
Self-driven and able to work independently with a positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Commitment to safety in all aspects of the role
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma preferred
Previous auto industry experience an asset
Satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
