Job Description

We are seeking a Lot Attendant to join our team at a dealership in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to all guests. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the appearance of the lot and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Duties:
- Keep the lot organized and vehicles arranged neatly
- Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot
- Drive vehicles to designated areas
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles such as washing and fueling
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately if needed
- Provide excellent guest services to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dealership or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to handle cash transactions securely
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
