Capital Hyundai is hiring a Lot Attendant for our Sales Department, and we are looking for energetic and self-motivated staff to join our team! The primary function of the position is to be responsible for ensuring that the overall vehicle flow in the lot is as efficient and seamless as possible, including monitoring the car lot supply, movement and cleanliness, as well as fueling vehicles, moving vehicles around the lot for display changes and retrieving vehicles for sales customers.

A Day In The Life...

Managing and organizing new vehicle inventory, ensuring all cars are properly parked, clean, and ready for display or test drives. Supporting sales team and management by promptly handling requests, preparing vehicles for customer viewings or deliveries, and assisting with dealership tasks as needed. Coordinating and maintaining vehicle lineups to ensure the lot is visually appealing and accessible for customers and staff. Receiving and inspecting new vehicles off transport trucks for damage, cleanliness, and accuracy against shipping documentation, reporting any discrepancies immediately. Assisting service department with vehicle movements, shuttle runs, or general support during high-volume periods. Maintaining dealership appearance and readiness, including stocking fridges in delivery bays and office areas. Contribute to a smooth delivery process, helping to prepare vehicles for final handoff to customers, including minor detailing. Cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary. Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors. Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

What You Bring To CAG...

Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Observing safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly. Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time.

What We Require From You...

Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years experience in the automotive industry or customer service experience is an asset Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver's Abstract. Record of Conduct.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
