Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic

Lot Attendant

to join our team. This individual plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and organization of our dealership's lot, while also supporting vehicle cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping vehicles and the dealership looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including vehicle display areas, parking zones, and walkways. Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to ensure a clean and polished presentation for customers. Move and arrange vehicles on the lot for optimal display and space management. Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure security and proper condition. Assist customers in locating their vehicles and provide general assistance when needed. Maintain showroom and delivery-ready vehicles in pristine condition. Assist in receiving and organizing new inventory upon delivery. Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned, including lot maintenance, light cleaning, and general support for dealership operations. Uphold a high standard of customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs. Collaborate with team members and management to support daily dealership functions and special events.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is an asset, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude. Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred.
