Job Description

. Front Desk Receptionist

Greeting Guests:

Welcome customers warmly as they enter the play center.

Ticket Sales & Check-in:

Sell admission tickets, membership cards, and group passes; verify ticket validity.

Information Support:

Provide information about facilities, event schedules, and safety guidelines.

Customer Assistance:

Handle inquiries, complaints, and general customer concerns.

Payment Handling:

Process cash and electronic payments, give correct change, and issue receipts.
2. Ride Operator / Play Equipment Attendant

Safety Checks:

Inspect equipment before, during, and after operating hours to ensure safety.

Guiding Use:

Instruct customers on how to safely use the play equipment.

Maintenance Support:

Report any malfunctions and assist with daily upkeep.

Emergency Response:

Act quickly in case of an incident to ensure everyone's safety.
3. Security Guard

Patrolling:

Regularly monitor the play area to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Maintaining Order:

Make sure visitors follow the rules and handle any conflicts or disturbances.

Emergency Response:

React promptly to emergencies such as fire or medical issues, and assist with evacuation if necessary.

Surveillance:

Monitor activities through security cameras.
4. Cleaner / Janitor

General Cleaning:

Keep the indoor and outdoor areas clean and organized, including floors, tables, and restrooms.

Garbage Management:

Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in waste areas.

Disinfection:

Sanitize high-touch surfaces and play equipment regularly, especially during busy hours.
5. Child Attendant

Supervision:

Look after children in the toddler or soft play areas and ensure their safety.

Activity Support:

Engage children in age-appropriate play and assist them when needed.

Emergency Handling:

Respond quickly to situations like injuries or lost children.
6. Customer Service Representative

Issue Resolution:

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Guest Experience:

Ensure all visitors have an enjoyable experience by offering assistance throughout their visit.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and report it to management for improvement.
7. Marketing & Event Coordinator

Event Planning:

Organize family-friendly events such as themed parties and birthday celebrations.

Promotion:

Advertise promotions and new attractions through social media and other channels.

Customer Engagement:

Interact with customers to build relationships and increase loyalty.
8. Shift Supervisor / Floor Manager

Daily Operations:

Coordinate team efforts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Staff Management:

Schedule shifts, monitor employee performance, and support team productivity.

Crisis Management:

Make decisions and coordinate staff response during unexpected events.
9. Maintenance Technician

Repairs:

Perform regular maintenance and repair of play equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Respond promptly to any equipment breakdowns and fix or replace parts.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections to prevent issues and extend equipment life.
10. Kitchen helper

Help to make drinks and dessert, delivery food to customer
