Ticket Sales & Check-in:

Information Support:

Customer Assistance:

Payment Handling:
Process cash and electronic payments, give correct change, and issue receipts.
2. Ride Operator / Play Equipment Attendant
Safety Checks:
Inspect equipment before, during, and after operating hours to ensure safety.
Guiding Use:
Instruct customers on how to safely use the play equipment.
Maintenance Support:
Report any malfunctions and assist with daily upkeep.
Emergency Response:
Act quickly in case of an incident to ensure everyone's safety.
3. Security Guard
Patrolling:
Regularly monitor the play area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Maintaining Order:
Make sure visitors follow the rules and handle any conflicts or disturbances.

Surveillance:

5. Child Attendant

6. Customer Service Representative
Issue Resolution:
