We are seeking a dedicated and skilled FOH & BOH to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and have a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
Participate in daily prep work to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during service hours.
Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Must know high traffic breakfast.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and meal preparation methods.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to grow within the food industry.
