Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks over long distances to ensure timely delivery of freight across various regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, knowledge of freight handling, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial trucks over long-distance routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Transport freight efficiently from origin to destination while maintaining delivery schedules Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo Maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to minimize downtime Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transit Follow safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and freight handling

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record

LONDON AREA DRIVER PREFERENCE

MUST BE CLEAN RECORDS

AZ LICENCE EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 1-2 YEAR AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED.

ONE NIGHT OUT OR 2 NIGHT OUT WORK AVAILABLE.

DRIVER MUST ABLE TO CROSS BORDER EXPERIENCE

SPECIALY WORK IN EAST SIDE LIKE PA AND SOMETIME NJ

DEDICATDE LOADS.

GOOD PAY 60CENT PER MILE

REFFERENCE CHECK REQUIRED

Experience in commercial driving, preferably with long-haul routes
