Summary

We are seeking a Long Haul Driver to join our team in Kitchener On. This vital role involves operating heavy trucks over long distances, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining safety standards. Your contribution will support our mission to provide top-tier freight services throughout North America .

Responsibilities

Operate long-haul trucks safely and efficiently across designated routes. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Manage loading and unloading of freight using appropriate equipment. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the vehicle when necessary.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. USA VISA Proven experience in commercial driving, especially long-distance routes. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts when required. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws. Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs. High level of responsibility and reliability. Prior experience with freight handling is preferred.
