McConnell Transport Ltd. is seeking dedicated and skilled US Truck Drivers to join our Team. Family owned and operated since 1978, McConnell Transport Ltd has specialized in transporting fresh, frozen and dry goods. This role requires excellent driving skills, commitment to safety and a professional disposition.

Some of the job responsibilities are:

Operation of tractor trailer, temp controlled trailers, containers/chassis. Driving throughout Canada and the U.S.A cross border procedures
Conduct pre and post-trips inspections daily of the vehicle to ensure safety. Communicate with Operations/Customers via Satellite concerning Trip Planning and Load Requirements Load Securement Use of ELD System Adhere to all local, provincial/state laws, hours of service regulations and all federal regulations regarding transportation.
Qualifications:

Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver's License Verifiable 2 years' commercial driving Clean driver's abstract Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Excellent time management skills
