Summary

We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Driver to join our team at PATHFINDER FREIGHTLINES INC. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight across long distances while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety regulations. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and service.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently over long distances. Transport freight to various locations across North America while adhering to schedules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and cargo information as required by regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding load status and any issues encountered during transit. Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transport.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in long-haul trucking or similar roles. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety practices. Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
