What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop creative solutions which are in line with the best interest of the client.
• Deal directly with everyone at all levels of the logistics chain: clients, drivers, customs, etc.
• Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier\xe2\x80\x99s vast network of offices

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma
• Potential for travel to a multitude of destinations worldwide.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French
• Creative problem solving
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts
• The ability to work with minimal supervision
