Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
Present product features and benefits to prospective clients in a compelling manner
Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts accurately and promptly
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and sales
Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
