We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves managing warehouse distribution, transportation, procurement, and order fulfillment processes to ensure seamless delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, process improvement, and data analysis to drive efficiency and cost savings across all logistics functions. Duties

Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment. Oversee procurement and sourcing activities to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and services. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Conduct demand planning, and materials management to align inventory with customer demand. Lead initiatives related to packaging, order picking, shipping & receiving, and warehouse operations including forklift management. Analyze data related to logistics performance metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all logistics activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, production, and customer service to support overall business objectives.

Skills

Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, and procurement processes. Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS), freight logistics, and shipping & receiving procedures. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for decision-making purposes. Experience in demand planning, sourcing strategies, pricing models, and materials management. Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts; familiarity with packaging standards is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
