  • Analyze and Optimize: Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, evaluate performance metrics, and recommend solutions.
  • Project Management: Plan, oversee, and execute supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes align with organizational goals.
  • Innovate: Develop and implement solutions that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams, 3PL providers, and stakeholders to implement process enhancements and maintain seamless operations.
  • Leverage Data: Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize data for actionable insights.
  • Report and Present: Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations to stakeholders, supporting key decisions.
  • Apply Best Practices: Integrate industry-standard supply chain management principles and practices into daily operations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep informed of the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes.
QualificationsWhat Wexe2x80x99re Looking For * Education & Experience:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in telecommunications or retail industries.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with supply chain software (e.g., TMS, WMS).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
