As our company is constantly expanding, we are looking for those candidates who are highly motivated and driven by the opportunity for financial reward and career advancement in the family like working environment.: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Logistics Manager who's main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be making sure the shipments tracing is executed on time, providing on-time updates to customers, solving issues with carriers and customers, providing excellent service to external and internal customers. After hours support and periodically weekends support might be required.Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics Manager role

• Ability to lead people and get results
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with LoadLink and UFOS programs (an asset)
• Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in verbal/written English
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Great problem solving skills
